Incision technique

Inclusion criteria

Risques

Disadvantages

Modified approach
The inframammary folding is an incision which extends from the chest wall down to the underlying tissue. Multiple layers of absorbable sutures are used to close the inframammary folded. They extend to the medial as well as lateral edges of your breast. The skin is then moved toward its center, where it will be reunited with the original Nipple-areolar structure. Close the wound with sutures of a smaller gauge.
